Martha established BMC courses over 30 years ago. She graduated from the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) in 1976, originally founded by Dr Montessori. Martha has many years experience working with children in a variety of Montessori Children's Houses in London and the South West. Martha has been an Ofsted Early Years Inspector; is now a Montessori Education (UK) Assessor/Mentor and is a trustee of Montessori Education (UK), the body responsible for accrediting authentic Montessori in the UK.

Senior Practical Tutor 

Laura graduated from BMC in 2009 after changing direction from the Arts. She quickly became the Deputy in our Children's House and studied to be an Early Years Professional and Special Education Needs Co-ordinator. Laura is also a Montessori Education (UK) Assessor.

Practical Tutor / Child Development Tutor

Graduated from BMC in 2009 following a career in Theatre. She has worked in several Montessori settings and owned / managed her own. She was also employed in family support before joining BMC as a Practical Tutor and Child Development Tutor.

Workshop Leader

Louise graduated from BMC in 2003. She became our Children's House manager (birth to six) in 2009 and is also the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). Louise uses her experience to lead workshops for students.

Charlotte Warren (right, top row)

Director & General Manager

Charlotte has worked at BMC and has over 30 years of experience working with children.

She graduated from Bournemouth Montessori Centre in 1995 and is now the General Manager and Director of the Centre.

Charlotte is responsible for the administration of the Centre as a whole. She is a trustee of Montessori Education (UK), the body responsible for accrediting authentic Montessori in the UK.
