Bournemouth Montessori Centre houses an authentic Montessori nursery (0 - 5 years), a family run business for over 30 years. The nursery is Ofsted registered and is accredited by Montessori Education UK.

We provide the highest standard of sessional / day care and education, acknowledging that the early years, from birth to six, are the most important in our lives and each individual child must be given every opportunity to explore and develop to their full potential and at their own pace.

We have 'The Little House' from birth to 2  1/2 years (approx) and 'The Big House' from 2 - 5 years (approx).

The whole of the environment has been carefully designed to meet the needs of the individual child. The rooms are light, airy and welcoming. Children move freely within the safe and well resourced rooms.

The garden has varied play surfaces, a large decking area, a beautiful climbing frame and play house. As often as weather allows the children take care of the vegetable, herb and flower beds and use the shaded sand play area. Our wild area promotes the care of living things and looking at the natural world closely. Each House has its own outside classroom so children can work outside throughout the year.

The nursery has a qualified, enthusiastic and experienced team of Montessori Teachers.

·     Children must attend a minimum of three sessions per week.
